1. Payment Policy

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method and if you aren’t satisfied with your course, skilled offers a refund within 24 hours if the refund is before the start of the course date.

2. Pricing

The prices of content on Skilled are determined based on our promotional terms and policy.

3. Payments

If you agree to pay the course fee, we will be able to charge your debit or credit card or by other payment methods (such as a payment method is required) for these fees.
At Skilled, we work with payment service providers to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and keep your information secure.
It is possible that we update your payment methods using the information provided by our payment service providers; you can check our privacy policy for more details.

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method, If your payment method fails and you still have access to the content you are registering for, you agree to pay the corresponding fee to us within thirty (30) days (for confirmation from the client) of notifying us accordingly. We reserve the right to disable access to any content for which we have not received adequate payments.

4. Cancellation Policy

According to the monthly or annual subscription service, you cannot cancel the subscription or remove the account completely but you can cancel the renewal of the subscription at any time, if you cancel the renewal of the subscription the amount is not refunded for the remaining period of the subscription either monthly or annual, you should know that the amount paid is not refundable in any way, but when you cancel the renewal of the subscription, we will not withdraw the subscription amount for the next period but the current period remains effective until the end of the term. Your data remains with us in the archive when you cancel the subscription renewal and you can renew the subscription at any time.

As for the subscription service of direct courses (online), the subscription fee is paid in advance in order to book a seat and register for the course, and in case the user wants to get a refund he can submit an application by contacting us if the application is submitted before the start date of the course, in which case the amount will be returned to the user’s bank account within 24 hours and deducted from the amount bank transfer commissions.
